• Education around End-of-Life Care for loved ones.

• Respite care (package or hourly available).

• Assistance with organising keepsakes/ legacy pieces for loved ones.

• Assistance with preparation of legal documentation

• Attending medical appointments with you and your loved ones.

• Liaising with any additional support services, as needed.

• Funeral and / or wake planning

• Presence at the time of death (vigil).
