Hi and welcome —
It’s such an honour that you’ve landed here.

I’m Rani Vincent, a Counsellor and End-of-Life Doula based on Dharawal Country in the Illawarra region. My work is devoted to walking alongside people through life’s many thresholds — moments of change, loss, becoming, and completion.

Whether you’re tending to grief, navigating change, or preparing for life’s closing chapters, I offer a gentle space to be witnessed, to find steadiness, and to make meaning in what is unfolding.

My relationship with these thresholds began early. At nine years old, I experienced the first of three brain haemorrhages following a schoolyard accident — an experience that brought me face-to-face with my own mortality and reshaped my understanding of what it means to live.

Through paralysis, memory loss and a myriad of other side effects (many of which are still present in my day to day life), I discovered resilience, compassion, and a deep respect for life’s fragility. These experiences called me to walk gently with others through their own seasons of change.

Over time, my work in care and support naturally evolved into becoming an End-of-Life Doula and Counsellor — offering space to pause, reflect, and find meaning in both the beauty and complexity of being human.

My practice weaves together two pathways of care — counselling and end-of-life support — each enriching the other. Both are grounded in presence, compassion, and respect for the many ways we meet change.

At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to offer gentle inquiry, deep listening, and genuine connection — creating space for healing, growth, and what truly sustains us.

With gratitude and love,
Rani

I am here to guide you with love…
